Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PSI, an ESP and psychic-training game for iOS and Android operated by Collab168 Pty Ltd (New South Wales, Australia). By downloading or using PSI, you agree to these terms. Contact us at hello@playpsi.com.

Licence to use PSI

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use PSI for your own lawful, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play through which you downloaded it. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

Your use of the app

Use PSI responsibly and lawfully. Do not interfere with the app, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, reverse engineer the app except where law permits it, evade subscription controls, submit misleading leaderboard information, or use the app to harm others.

Leaderboard codenames and handles must not be offensive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, unlawful, or infringe another person's rights. We may reset or remove an offensive handle and take reasonable action to protect the service.

PSI Pro subscriptions

PSI Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription at $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year. We may occasionally offer a discounted first billing period. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that period; renewals are at the full then-current price unless the checkout screen says otherwise.

Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time, subject to the store's billing rules. The app's Restore Purchases option can recover an active subscription associated with the same store account.

New installations receive 14 days of full access. After that, the free tier is limited to 3 training sessions per day. This 14-day full-access period is provided at no charge and applies the same way in every storefront. It is separate from any discounted introductory subscription offer, which applies only if and when you subscribe to PSI Pro.

Entertainment and information disclaimer

PSI is a training game for entertainment. Its statistics are honest measurements against chance baselines; PSI makes no medical, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, paranormal, or predictive claim. Do not rely on PSI for health, mental-health, financial, legal, safety, relationship, or any other professional advice or decision. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Intellectual property

PSI, its software, visual design, audio, text, and other content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publicly display, or create derivative works from them except with our written permission or where applicable law allows it.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of PSI, including features, content, pricing, or access, when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service. We will not deliberately remove access to a paid subscription without handling it in accordance with applicable law and the relevant app-store rules.

No warranty

PSI is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collab168 Pty Ltd and its owner, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of PSI. Our total liability for any claim relating to PSI will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for PSI in the 12 months before the claim or $10 AUD. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination

You may stop using PSI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, misuse PSI, or where reasonably necessary to protect the app, other users, or our rights. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in New South Wales, Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you another right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PSI changes or legal requirements evolve. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice in the app where appropriate. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
